I have more than 25 years of experience in administrative assistance and supervision, including Health Information Management (Medical Records) and medical office management. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including education, chemical industry, engineering, and medical billing. My strengths are focusing on the details; training and teaching.
I have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Record Technology; an Associate of Applied Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision, a business management degree.
I am a graduate of Assist University’s Virtual Training Program, a rigorous 20-week training course, and I continue to take advantage of learning opportunities. As a member of several online communities, I have increased resources in terms of services and people, for meeting the needs of my clients.

About Me
My husband and I celebrated 25 wonderful years by going on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera - Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. If you’ve never been on a cruise, I highly recommend that you go! It was the most fun we’ve ever had and we plan to go again and again!
